Teresa Woorman is proud to serve as District 16’s newest Delegate in the Maryland General Assembly. A lifelong Democrat, immigrant, and advocate for equity, Teresa brings years of experience as a General Assembly staffer and community leader to her role. She’s passionate about expanding access to healthcare, strengthening public education and protecting our democracy. Teresa lives in Bethesda with her husband Matthew with their two cats, Snow White and Oscar, and their dog, Gatsby.
